Did you know that "Dark circles under the eyes tend to age us more than wrinkles or grey hair" OUCH!!
Do you wake up looking more tired than we you went to bed? I do for sure!!!! absolutely a few of my friends always tell me that I look tired and I know have some under eye "baggage" -- puffy eyes, eye bags, dark circles, and shadows. It's not unusual to see women and men in their 20s and 30s who have this problem.
Well not to worry dolls here I am again with
an effective way to help you take extra care of your beautiful EYES and those annoying Dark Circles (gggrrrr)
Not Getting Enough ZZZ's??? *I'm not*
When we're sleep-deprived blood flow slows, leading to dark circles. Plus, your eyes and surrounding skin may get dry and irritated and make us appear older than we absolutely are.
To the rescue: Lactic acid is a skin-soothing anti-inflammatory, so soak a cloth or cotton pads in cold milk and place over lids and leave there between 10-15 minutes.
Had One Too Many? :)
Alcohol's dehydrating effects can leave eyes dry and itchy-and that's not the worst of it. If you eat salty foods and drink too much (it's tough to resist those pretzels with that cold beer!), you are probably going to become bloated, which means your eyes will also look puffy the morning after. To jump-start the re-hydration process from the inside out, drink plenty of water, then, as soon as you get home, remove eye makeup *I know you may not feel like it, but trust me dolls is a must before going to bed* and apply a moisturizing eye cream.
Clean Sweep
The skin around eyes is extra thin, so it needs more TLC. Erase the day with gentle Soothing Eye Makeup Remover (yikes must get one myself)

ReplyDeleteThanks for your tips
your posts are always helpful...so thanks so much again for this one! I never had dark circles around my eyes, thank god! probably because i don't drink too much...but i know alot of persons who have this type of "problem" and they're too lazy to do something about it! yes, it's really ugly - worse than wrinkles i think...water is def one of the best things a person could do to keep a perfect skin!
ReplyDeletehowever i didn't know that applying a moisturizing cream would be helping in avoiding the dark circles! great tip!
