YES...Wrinkles are totally adorable and cute on these puppies
BUT definitely not a good look for "US"
BUT definitely not a good look for "US"
YES...is never too late to start taking care of those unexpected and unwanted "WRINKLES" almost everyone will be affected by wrinkles at some point of their lives. Wrinkles are caused by smoking, drugs, stress, rapid weight loss, smoking, sunbathing and loss or lack of vitamin E in your skin.
Here are some very simple Home Remedies for Wrinkles
Gently massage coconut oil to your face and throat area before bed every night. Virgin coconut oil mixed with a few drops of Vitamin E oil is one of the best deep wrinkle creams and often produces visible results within a week of using them.
You can also rub the core of a pineapple along your face and throw, leave the juice on your face for 10-15 minutes before rinsing it off. Pineapple juice works wonderfully on fine or small wrinkles.
Another use for pineapple juice or even apple juice is to apply it to your face and throat or other parts of the body, leave it on for 10-15 minutes before rinsing. This will help with fine or small wrinkles and also help cracked skin.
Vitamin E (Price range between $3-$5 per bottle)
Take (3) vitamin E capsules break them and add a 1/2 teaspoon of each of the following:
honey, lemon juice and 2 teaspoons of plain yogurt. Mix all these items together and apply the mixture to your face. Leave it on your face for 10-15 minutes before rinsing it off. This mixture will give your skin the vitamin E it needs to help with wrinkles and to prevent more from occurring.
Under Eye Wrinkles
Apply egg whites to the skin under your eyes. Egg whites contain several vitamins and will help to nourish as well as tighten your skin. This is an excellent method to reduce wrinkles naturally and so in addition to applying it under your eyes, you can apply it to your forehead and other areas of your skin that are prone to wrinkling.
Forehead Wrinkles
Prepared puree made out of a small piece of raw papaya and a piece of banana. Papaya contains papain which is an enzyme that helps to break down dead skin cells on the surface of the skin and encourages the growth of newer skin. Bananas are rich in several vitamins and help to rejuvenate the skin and prevent further wrinkling. Use this remedy at least once a week to help prevent and treat wrinkles.
Also don't forget to have a "Balanced Diet"
A diet rich in fresh fruits, vegetables and whole grains paves the way for a wrinkle-free skin. Consume at least 4-6 liters of water everyday. This is the best way to hydrate and moisturize your skin from within.
Use natural moisturizing creams and lotions regularly. Light Massage with cream or lotion every night can keep your skin soft and supple. And of course don't forget your sunscreen!
ALWAYS P!NK POSITIVE & P!NK BEAUTIFUL!
